Mirror Mirror is an established and reputable Salon and Spa that has been located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley for 10 years. The first 6 years we performed treatments for our guests in the Lower Mission area on Pandosy Street and recently moved to a beautiful new location in the downtown Centuria Urban Village.
At Mirror Mirror Salon and Spa we are dedicated and passionate about our careers, and about you! With on-going training and education, we stay current with the latest trends in beauty essentials in addition to Salon and Spa treatments. With a team of Award-Winning Hair Designers and amazing Estheticians, rest assured we are able to meet your needs.
With a “friendly Pedicure bench” that can accommodate 4 guests, 3 Manicure tables, 4 Treatment rooms, 3 Makeup chairs and 10 Salon chairs, we are happy to host small or large groups. Special group requests are always welcome.

What To Expect

Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to your spa treatment. This will allow you to complete our Guest Profile, change into a luxurious robe and sandals and relax before your treatment begins. In respect for all our guests, if you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled. Please turn off all Cellular pagers and telephones as soon as you arrive.
Reservations are encouraged to secure your desired time. We also encourage all guests to reserve ahead of time for the complimentary Infrared Sauna. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment you are required to give 24 hours notice. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge for your treatment. Failure to show will result in a 100% charge of the treatment price.
RESERVATIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (3 or more guests with a minimum of 2 treatments each) are highly recommended and secured with a credit card. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule anyone in your party. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge for the entire group booking’s treatment cost. Failure to show and we will charge 100% of the entire group booking price. A mandatory 15% gratuity is charged to all group reservations.
*Are you organizing a “Spa Day” for a group of Friends, Family, Business or Wedding Party? As an appreciation gift to you, we give back! All our Group reservations receive a “Dollar value Gift Card” upon check out, to use at a future date. The dollar value is 10% of the entire group cost before tax and gratuity.
*All of our menu prices do not include tax or gratuity. If you received excellent service, a 15% gratuity is warmly appreciated.
