FIGHT THE ODDS OF GETTING SICK!


IT’S RAMPANT RIGHT NOW…THE FLU.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO TO STAY HEALTHY.

Flu season

First and foremost: wash your hands frequently throughout your day, especially before eating. Carry a hand sanitizer and a hydrating lotion with you to fight off the germs.

Drink….Tea, preferably one with loads of anti-oxidants throughout your day as well. Replace your favorite coffee drink with a flu fighting green tea!

Drink…Water! Yup it’s the old standard “stay hydrated” to flush out unwanted toxins and possible flu bugs already in your system.

Don’t share! This means keep all your food and drink to yourself.

Get plenty of rest. I am sure you know what your body needs by now to stay healthy.

Take your vitamins! You may be missing out on Vitamin D, Iron or have low levels of the essential stress busting B vitamins. I swear by my B’s :) . If nothing else take a good mutli.

Don’t be a couch potato. Staying active even while you are a little “under the weather” is good for your system to keep any diseases at bay.
